
I completed the OCBC cycling event in a time of 1hr 15 min, blood sugars on that day was quite well maintained. I had a blood sugar reading of 10.6 mmol/L before the race, after cycling 40km, my blood sugar reading was 8.5 mmol/L. Hydration and taking snacks during the race was essential. Will aim to do better the next event and also train harder, cheers.
