Pardon me for the absence; it has been a while since I updated the Blog : )
I will be taking part in the Raw Duathlon, which will be held at Changi Coast Road. It will be my first Duathlon.
Have trained for it for 2 months now, until an injury hit me, I took a 2 week break due to the injury. Am much better now, just hope to finish the Duathlon Well.
